How much of my online purchase will
go to support the women and children of WINGS?
All net proceeds of your purchase will be used to assist the women
and children in WINGS Programming.
When can I talk with a real person?
Our staff is happy to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30am
until 5:00pm, CST. Please call us at 847-519-7820.

How will I know that you received my
order?
You will receive an immediate electronic confirmation once your
order is placed indicating the items you ordered and the amount that
will be charged to your credit card. If your items are backordered
or if we have any questions about your order we will call you the
next business day after your order is placed.
How soon is my order shipped and when
can I expect to receive it?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground one business day after your
order is placed and you can expect to receive your delivery in about
7 business days. Please note that UPS cannot make deliveries to a
Post Office Box. If you would like to receive your order faster
please call us at 847-519-7820 ext. 210 and we can make those
arrangements. There are additional shipping charges for expedited
delivery.
What if my item is damaged during
shipping and I want to return it?
We want you to be happy with the merchandise you have purchased at
the WINGS Online Store and if there is any reason you need to return
your merchandise, please call us at 847-519-7820 ext. 210 within 15
days of your shipment.
We will gladly give you the address to return
the item and replace it with a new one.
I am not comfortable giving my credit
card information online. What can I do?
While WINGS Online Store is on a secure server we understand that
you may prefer to order your items in a different manner. You may
also place you order by phone, fax, or mail. Please include the name
of the item you are purchasing and the quantity and be sure to
include the shipping costs. If you are unsure of the cost of
shipping please call us and inquire.

How do I know how much tax to
include?
We want your online shopping experience to be as easy and
comfortable as possible so we have included the sales tax in the
cost of our merchandise. Likewise, by shipping UPS ground we are
assuring that you will be paying the lowest cost possible for
delivery.
