Registration
Pre-registration closes on Friday May 23rd at Midnight!

If you would like to attend please indicate number of tickets below.
You will be asked to sign a waiver the day of the event.

$20 per person (includes lunch and 1 poker hand)

$10 each additional poker hand

Raffle Tickets and Blind Hands

Please indicate number of raffle tickets and/or blind hands below.

$20 per Raffle ticket (only 2,500 tickets will be sold. Grand Prize is $10,000!)

$10 per blind hand (winners will be notified)

$50 (includes 6 blind hands - winners will be notified)

PLEASE NOTE – Raffle ticket stubs CAN NOT be mailed. If you’d like your stub before the event please visit WINGS office at 1355 Remington Road in Schaumburg. Call 847-908-0910 for more information or directions

Guest Names and T-shirt Sizes

Please EMAIL the names of the people you are registering for and their t-shirt sizes to ktank@wingsprogram.com. The sizes are:

Men’s – L, XL, 2X, 3X
Women’s – S, M, L, XL, 2X
